The integration between Cherwell Service Management and Nexthink IT Analytics enables IT departments to better support their end-users by having the end-users perspective. The integration successfully brings in device data and performs aggregations to provide service desk administrators with fast reliable indicators to the issues of an end-users device.
The integration also supports opening up the Nexthink Finder with the device in context for root cause analysis.
To implement the mApp some configuration is required. This can be more or less depending on the customer environment, specific requirements etc.
In addition to the standard functionality and supported metrics built in the mApp can be further enhanced and customized upon request.
